I built and scaled the engineering organization from an initial team of 8 developers to more than 20 people, now structured into autonomous teams with Team Leaders accountable for day-to-day execution, project ownership, and quality. I designed and formalized the Business Unit operating model, introducing planning and prioritization, shared technical standards, code review, documentation and knowledge bases, coordination rituals, delivery processes, and governance mechanisms, helping move the organization from a primarily project-driven model toward greater product orientation, ownership, and team continuity. I also led the adoption of AI as a cross-functional organizational capability, embedding AI-native practices into software development, documentation, code review, and decision-making. Today I operate primarily at the intersection of Engineering, Product, AI, and Business, defining objectives, architectures, roadmaps, and priorities while increasing the autonomy and accountability of Team Leaders and teams.
